Jennifer Sharkey is Associate Professor of Library Science and Head of Information Use and Fluency at Illinois State University's Milner Library. Her research interests include curriculum development and assessment. As a department head Professor Sharkey oversees and assesses Milner Library's instructional programming for a variety of curricular and co-curricular programs.
