About Me:

Upon my retirement after 38 years teaching high school English, I founded the Google Lit Trips Project as a small way of giving back to the profession to which I had dedicated my professional career. The project combines the wisdom of the world's great literatures with Google Earth in an unprecedented engaging fashion that has won international recognition for "Excellence in International Education in the media and technology category" (The Asia Society/Goldman Sachs Foundation Prize), from The Tech Museum of Education as a 2010 Laureate for the Microsoft Award for Technology Benefiting Humanity and from the Computer Using Educators. All resources are provided absolutely without charge to the end user.
