About Me:

I'm a MLIS student in the online program through the University of South Carolina. As you might expect, I'm joining because I'm interested in the use of social media in libraries. I've worked as a horticulturist for many years at a botanical garden and for the Cooperative Extension Service among other jobs. Librarianship will be a second career, although I hope to find ways to combine interests at work.
