I am the Peer Research Consultant Reference Service Librarian, focused on teaching soft skills to all of my students - PRCs, Access Services, and Marketing - following the trends wanted in recent graduates according to NACE lists posted each year. I regularly present on how to be a better leader, how to incorporate my training, and more. Personally, I'm a published author (fiction and professionally), I run a side business painting and selling gaming miniatures, and I love crafting projects.
