About Me:

I have been a School Librarian since 2001. My previous career was as a software engineer and Director of Operations for a small software company. I am one of the technical "go tos" in my school. I am passionate about keeping my library services up-to-date with new technologies and advancing the mission of my library - "The mission of the school library media program is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. The school library media specialist empowers students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users of information."
