    https://I like to say (only half-jokingly) that I was pleased to find academic libraries in as much turmoil in the spring of 2004, when I started at BC, as they were when I had last worked in academia three-and-a-half years before. “Pleased” because as challenging as change can be it also presents opportunities for continuous learning, for creativity, for exploration, and for experimentation. That's true of what we call Library 2.0, and of other kinds of change as well. Whatever generation you're from, there’s nothing “same old same old” about library work today.
