About Me:
My name is Kudirat Abiola Adegoke (Mrs.), the pioneer winner of the Young Library and Information Professionals (yLips) Award of the Nigerian Library Association. I obtained my B.L.S in 2007 with Second Class (Upper Division) as well as MLS degree in 2014 both from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. After my National Youth Service Corps in 2008, I joined the services of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, working as a Graduate Assistant in the University Library. I was promoted from Graduate Assistant to Assistant Lecturer in 2011, from Assistant Lecturer to Lecturer I in 2016 and currently I am the Head, Information and Communication Technology of the University Library. I have being a paid up member of the NLA since 2006 and I joined the Internet Librarian, I joined the Nigerian Computer Society in 2016 and also registered with Internet Society in January 2017.
