https://All library services are faced with the challenge of moving into multi-dimensional service delivery to effect what I like to think of as the "My Library" service from their users'/patrons' perspective. Perhaps for public library services in particular, that brings the enormous challenges inherent in meeting the needs of the widest span of users that we have ... almost from birth to sometimes not so far from death. And so, sustaining relevant traditional services while developing the newer virtual services in all those increasingly virtual spaces where our users will expect them to be is our greatest challenge to justifying our survival. Library 2 is the community interested in widening and expanding these dimensions and there's so much scope for sharing and exploring ideas across our many types of libraries !
