About Me:

I’m Mohamed Majeed Mashroofa, from Sri Lanka, and now attached to South Eastern University of Sri Lanka as a Senior Assistant librarian. I have earned a B.Sc. degree with second class- upper division from Eastern university of Sri Lanka, a Post graduate diploma from Open University of Sri Lanka and Master of Library and Information Science from university of Colombo. I have partoicipated a workshop on Information Literacy at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand under IFLA, ALP and many other international and national workshops and conferences. I’m interested to research on the Net Generation, Knowledge Society, Information literacy, ICT Literacy and Information Services. I have published many research papers and a monograph and presented papers at national forums and international conferences. In addition I wish to extend my services through Library 2.0, but so far I haven't done any.
