About Me:

I am a Librarian by profession and an alumni of Charles Stuart University - Australia. I am the head of Library and Information Services at FHOK. Prior to this, I was the head of health libraries in Ministry of Health-Kenya. I have traveled widely attending library conferences,workshops/seminars and exchange visits since mid-eighties. I am an advocate of libraries/librarianship and would settle for nothing short of recognizing the same as the anchor of any political,social,economical pillars in any blueprint. I have roughed shoulders with the low and mighty in trying to hammer home," knowledge is power"hence the vital role that libraries have.Libraries were the bases of 'civilization'
