I am interested in investigating and evaluating the impact of 'digitality' on libraries and the library profession which is transforming everything we do from search to collection development, management, publishing and curation. My current job title is Head of Research and Innovation at The Open University Library where I facilitate and lead on strategic service development and research projects which aim to deliver integrated and interconnected web services for our end users (distance learners, researchers and tutors)
