    About Me:

I am the Corporate Librarian for Esri, a software company in Redlands, CA. Additionally, I have been a library manager at Tandem Computers, Compaq Computer, Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. I graduated from the University of Oregon and took a year off to attend the University of the Seven Seas (now Semester at Sea). I started my courses in Library Science at San Jose State and transferred to CSU Fullerton, where I received my MLS. I have been active in SLA throughout my career and have made some great library friends along the way. Currently, besides providing the most complete GIS (Geographic Information Systems) collection in the world, my library is responsible for an online GIS Bibliography that is open to the public http://training.esri.com/campus/library. I am interested in keeping abreast of new technology and discovering better ways to serve our patrons at Esri and the GIS community. I really look forward to meeting new colleagues, sharing with them and learning from them.
