 Have complete knowledge of the Library and Information Services, life cycle with a MLIS degree in Library and Information Science. Besides I have undergone related refresher training also. Further I possess experience in learning and excelling at latest technologies as needed  45 ½ yrs prof exp out of which approx 35 ½ yrs as Head of Dept including 29 1/3 yrs at Public Sector (Engg)- BHEL/PSTS including 1 ½ yrs at Govt Sector & 4 yrs 5mts at Defence Professionals Institution  6 ¾ yrs- Indian Institute of Technology Delhi including 1 ¼ yrs-Research Institution and 3 ½ yrs-University ( Educational/ Research Institution ) viz Educational & Research Institution 10 ¼ yrs • Experience of Planning, Designing, Organising & establishing from scratch Libraries/ Information/ Knowledge Centres &Management of Library/Information Services, improvement/development of existing/new services and digitisation besides IT Services association with Design & Development of Information Resources Management Software, Library Web Page Design and Library Services data input & updation
