Cross pollinating his experience in healthcare, automotive (e-commerce), advertising, restaurant commerce and education. As Executive Director of Demco with P&L responsibilities Ravi fosters a culture of innovation in a dynamic team of veteran folks in functional groups, to create products which empower knowledge managers, librarians, educators in public libraries, academia and the corporate world. Previously as SVP of Technology at Tillster, Ravi was instrumental in creating a platform, and running 6 development centers globally to power e-commerce solutions in various countries for clients like Burger King, Yum brands, Baskin Robbins among others. As Vice President, Engineering and Product Development at MediaShift, Ravi drove product development and strategy for the innovative and largest on-the-go audience platform and worked closely with MGM to deploy the solution for the Vegas Casinos. During MediaShift's IPO, acquisition of Travora Media and sub-sequent sale to a PE firm Ravi was involved due diligence to ensure compliance and integration. Prior to joining MediaShift, he served as Vice President, Engineering for AutoFusion, a leading provider of products and services for automotive e-commerce. Ravi founded NaviVision in 2005 and built a semantic search and product matching engine that analyzed products across multiple channels and aggregated like products for analytics and business intelligence. NaviVision had a successful exit in 2010.
