https://Since I work with computers in a public setting, I am very interested in learning how Library 2.0 concepts can be incorporated into our services. I have observed over time that it is the technologies that promote communication (e.g. telephone, email, cell phone, the web) that catch on and are "hits." I see web 2.0 and therefore library 2.0 as the evolutionary next step. As computer technologies advance, WI-FI connected, always on devices such as the cyborg like blue tooth phones will keep people connected to Web 2.0 and all its information resources. It is a natural fit for libraries.
