About Me:
Richard Rogers is a doctoral student in Distance Education at Athabasca University. He currently serves as librarian at the National Library and Information System Authority assigned to the Trinidad and Tobago National Commission for UNESCO. He is at the proposal development phase of the doctoral programme. His area of research is models for adapting open educational resources. His previous positions were as a teacher of English as a second language and as an online tutor.
