About Me:

Mr. Santosh C. Hulagabali has Master of Library and Information Science with ‘Dr. S R. Ranganathan Gold Medal’ and a University Rank from Karnataka University, Dharwad. Mr. Santosh started his career as Library and Documentation Assistant at RBI’s IGIDR, Mumbai and as Library Intern at British Council Library, Mumbai. He has more than twenty papers to his credit, published in esteemed LIS journals, books and conference proceedings. As an Editor, Mr. Santosh has published two conference proceedings. He has also delivered six talks on All India Radio (AIR). At Present, Mr. Santosh works as the Librarian at Nagindas Khandwala College, Malad (W), Mumbai. At his Library he has started a Certificate Course in ‘Online Information Sources Tools and Techniques’ (COIST) for research scholars and also developed a national archive of conference abstracts (ICon-AD). He is presently pursuing Ph.D. from University of Mumbai.
