https://The lack of understanding of libraries, librarianship, computers and the Internet among people in my age group is astonishing. People I come in contact with are amazed by what I find out for them - and all I do is go to our county's public library website or google a few search words. One of my missions has become to help my age cohorts become familiar with simple computer use and basic Internet use. I have to keep up with what is happening in the field to be able to accomplish that mission.
