About Me:

I am Sher Afzal i did my Master in Library Information Science & Master in Political Science with distinction. I had also completed my course work of MPhil in Development Study. I also did One Year Diploma in Digital Library from MIIM (Modern Institute of Information Management). I have more the eight year working experience as Managerial level in most prestigious organizations in Pakistan i e Aga Khan, BIZTEK University, NRSP-IRM, HITEC and Bahria University.
