About Me:

I have been working in libraries for about 16 years, and am currently the Team Leader for the Library Community Engagement Team at AUT South Campus Library in Manukau, Auckland. I have a Master of Information Studies in Library Science (MIS Libs) from Victoria University in Wellington, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland double major in Education and Māori Studies. Maori are the indigenous people of New Zealand. I am Māori from the East coast of New Zealands North Island. My tribal affiliations are Ngāti Porou, Te Aitanga a Hauiti & Rongowhakaata
