About Me:

I am currently working at the University of Alabama Libraries as a Librarian. So as you can guess I like libraries. But, that is not my entire life story. My life story with libraries has been going on for about 10 years now. So I will give you the short end of the story. The attraction to librarianship for me came in the form of services by librarians in my undergraduate years at the University of Montevallo. These librarians attended to my needs beyond expectation. They went beyond finding answers to my questions, striving to teach me to apply their fact-finding methodology to various situations. My experience at both the University of Montevallo and the University of Alabama Libraries allowed me to develop a detail-oriented and natural pedagogical prowess.
