About Me:

I am a PhD candidate at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. My research interests focus on Information Use and Needs in a workplace context, Human Resources Analytics, Online Reputation and Public diplomacy. My professional background includes Business Intelligence and Data Analysis in a large Human Resources department. I've been involved in major HR information systems course development and BI projects. I currently manages a software implementation project for a government agency and, in my spare time, develop a Fake News database project. I also wrote a master thesis about Social media recruiting and Online Personal Reputation evaluation by Recruiters in Israel.
