No Trivial Matter
When the Rasmuson Library was looking for a fun way to advertise our services to the campus, the university pub’s Trivia Night was a no-brainer (no pun intended). When the Pub took its Trivia Night online, we followed. This was a challenge in "sneaky" outreach: how could we build awareness of library resources and impart a little information literacy without making audiences feel like they'd gone to a class?
In this presentation, we’ll show some of the tips and tricks we’ve developed to make the virtual trivia night easier to put together and perhaps do some sample game-playing as well.
