What is the most difficult thing for any department, especially in city government? It's onboarding new staff members. To address this, we have developed a self-service onboarding module utilizing Google’s NotebookLM, Gemini, and Workspace tools. This module allows new employees to learn core objectives and methods at their own pace. Our new process significantly reduces content creation time and provides a more effective format for absorbing foundational knowledge.
