University classroom faculty/professors sometimes have policies for using digital devices i.e. using cell phones, texting, laptops, iPads, tablets, etc. for classroom use.  Please provide a brief policy, your thoughts  or recommendation which exist to help guide professors who might like to hear what gudielines can be provided to students so professors don't feel like they are policing their classrooms. Creating a positive learning environment is always the goal even when digital devices are used in the classroom.  How can we create this balance between devices used appropriately and not appropriately in the classroom.
