improving customer relationship through web 2.0

Dear friends I am very much interested to particpate in this froup. I feel we shoud impliment CRM in libraries by using web 2.0. In compare with other field the segmentation of customers in the Librariesa are very easy and making relationship with the customers based on the segmentation is also not so difficult. If anybody involed in this kindly give your openion.
