    About Me:

Adam Eric Berkowitz is a second-year PhD student at The University of Alabama’s College of Communication and Information Sciences. His research is centered in the College’s School of Library and Information Studies where he also serves as an instructor of record, having taught Information in Communities and Fundamentals of Information Literacy in Society. His work primarily focuses on the ethics and uses of artificial intelligence and its impacts on society. Much of his published research uses the arts, especially music, as the vehicle for discussing regulation and development of AI, and uses libraries as the setting for where human-AI interactions occur.
