    About Me:

    Dr. Aditi Bandyopadhyay is a Professor at Adelphi University, New York. She serves as a Research and Instruction Librarian, teaches Library Instruction classes for science undergraduate and graduate students and is responsible for collection development in science and technology. She has authored articles in the areas of Library and Information Science as well as Biological Sciences. Aditi presented her research at the National Online Meeting, the LACUNY meetings, the SLA Annual Conference, the SUNYLA Annual Conferences, the ACS Spring 2023 Conference andthe Science Librarians’ SIG meetings at METRO, New York, Ny, and the NYSC AAUP 2024 Spring meeting. She also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for library and information science journals. Her current research interests are: information literacy, information seeking behavior of the users of scientific literature, citation analysis. predatory journals, Open Educational Resources and scholarly communications in digital age.
