    About Me:

As a leader in higher education, I serve in many capacities across many institutions. My primary role as both professional author and Senior Instructional Designer has me applying the concepts of audience and purpose both to the iterative design of course and curricular-development and the creation of written compilations from novels to peer-reviewed academic articles. My most recent work is on the application of ACRL's Information Literacy Standards to the implementation of AI-generated work into educational and professional settings (In Henry Stewart's Advances in Online Education, March 2025). I am also an artist, Digital Curator, Career Development Facilitator, Teacher, and professor of the following subjects: Psychology, Creative Writing, Composition, Information Literacy, Ethics, Graduate Instructional Design, and Graduate Methods for Teaching Art in K-12 Classrooms. Additionally, I serve as Communications officer for the University of Maine System's Part Time Faculty Union, and as Vice President of Communications for the Maine Association for Talent Development.
