    About Me:

Ashley Thomas serves as the Health Sciences Data and Digital Services Librarian. She joined the Countway Library in November 2019 and was responsible for the management and maintenance of the RDMLA (Research Data Management Librarian Academy) special project. In her current role at the Library, Ashley provides data management and related digital services support, outreach, training, and consultations to Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health faulty, researchers, and students. She is keen to assist with making research and its data FAIR and open. Ashley holds a Masters of Library and Information Science and Masters of History from Simmons University. While a graduate student, she worked on archiving and digitization projects at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Draper Laboratory, and the Schlesinger Library at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. Outside of Harvard Ashley serves on several professional organization committees, cultivates her internet addiction, and nerds out over an endless list of interests.
