Helped the company in Asia grow from 30 colleagues in 1986, (27 in Japan, 3 in Taiwan) to 3000 in 2006 (all Asia and Oceania), by working together, coaching, building and improving tools and systems. Gave impetus to 6 key innovations, and strive for more. Now actively engaging with AI tools.
