    About Me:

I’m a library director passionate about building thoughtful, purpose-driven academic environments where students and ideas flourish. I work to instill resaerch mastery that transforms scholarship, service, and spiritual growth for Christ's glory. Research is like shaping clay on a potter’s wheel—guided by intention, responsive to touch, and refined through repeated cycles. Just as a potter returns again and again to the center, we return to our sources, reshaping our questions as we learn more, trusting the Spirit to guide our hands. Prayer grounds the process, reminding us that all truth flows from our Creator, who formed us to seek, discover, and create in reflection of His image. I lead with a strategic blend of clarity, care, and design — from developing innovative instructional resources and triaged reference models to integrating faith and librarianship in meaningful ways. I believe in stewarding both information and intellect with integrity, mentoring student workers, and shaping library spaces (digital and physical) that empower learning. I bring a grounded, values-informed perspective to leadership, communication, and collaboration — always striving to balance tradition with forward-thinking innovation.
