I am Dr. Syed Robiul Bashar is a well-known library professional in the country with 27+ years’ experience in the national and international libraries. I am an expert in resource management, strategic programming, audience engagement, communication, and networking. I awarded Ph.D. degree form Nagpur University of India on “Scientific and Technical Information Systems and Services of Bangladesh”. I have received several trainings from the U.S.A, Austria, Thailand, Nepal, and India on library development and modernization.
