About Me:

A lecturer of Applied Linguistics and certified EFL/ESL teacher. I earned my M.A. in Applied Linguistics- Cross linguistics / TESL from Indiana State University in 2014. I was awarded the Fulbright scholarship for the year 2012. Prior to that, I worked as a translator assistant at the Central Library – Kufa University. My skills and research interests fall in the following domains: Applied Linguistics, First & Second Language Acquisition, Phonetics, Phonology, Dialectology, Language Contact, and Speech Perception.
