About Me:

I am the Assistant Library Director at Transylvania University, a private, residential, liberal arts college in Lexington, KY. Prior to stepping into my current role, I have worked at libraries in higher ed including a community college system, a public university, and two private liberal arts college. And, prior to my library career, I was a K12 teacher. Everyday I get to combine the best parts of my K12 and library career in the classroom to support my students and faculty. I love building collaborative partnerships with faculty and student organizations to advance our library mission and enjoy researching new teaching approaches, OER, and emerging tech.
