About Me:
Ibekeme Merit is a dedicated librarian, educator, and a champion for African storybooks, promoting literacy and a love of reading among children. She is also a reading and handwriting tutor. Merit has inspired over 4,000 children through African storybooks, helping them fall in love with reading. She is also a Wikimedian, contributing to open knowledge initiatives, advocating for accessible, inclusive and quality education.
