About Me:

After many years in the corporate world, I found my way back to libraries. Because of this, I operate our library different than most. Our business is service, time is money and our patrons are clients. Only difference, we have to provide service to everyone. This may seem harsh but I have team members who have been here over 30 years. Most part-time leave when they go off to college but return to work here in the summer. I say this because I work very hard to provide a good place to work, were we make a difference, team members are valued and they have the tools need to do their job. That includes what to do in a crisis.
