    About Me:

I am a student at San Jose State University's School of Information (SJSU iSchool) as a graduate student in the Masters of Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) program. While attending the MLIS program, I am simultaneously working to complete an Advanced Certification in Digital Assets and Services program, with an emphasis on Digital Assets Management, through the same program. My goal in the program is gain a well balanced education in the field of library and information sciences to better serve my professional goals, with a focus on three specific topic areas: 1) Librarianship, Archiving, and Preservation (both digital and analog); 2) Web design and architecture; 3) Database building and management. I have a Bachelors of Arts in History and a minor in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton (Cal State Fullerton), which I received in May of 2016. Through the Theta Pi Chapter of Cal State Fullerton, I am a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the national university honor society for history. I am also a member of Lambda Alpha, which is the equivalent honor society for Anthropology.
