I accompany training and development processes of "Power Skills" in organizations and teams. ✨ I share coaching and mentoring strategies with professionals so they can discover their purpose and boost their goals. I have trained as a Master in Management, Specialist in Senior Management and Librarian, as well as an International Professional Master Coach and Neurolinguistic Programmer, with more than 8 years of experience accompanying and developing power skills such as leadership, self-knowledge, emotional management, effective negotiations, time management, teamwork in organizations and people, which allow them to raise their level of consciousness, enhancing their capabilities and strengthening their attitudes.
