I work in Baltimore City and while I was originally thrilled at the idea of being able to have a positive impact on young people, my position is taken for granted. I hardly ever get to do the job I was hired to do, so I’m hoping to get some ideas and support about how to approach my admin and persuade them of the value of my role.
