I work at the circulation desk, and am also supervisor of the circ desk. I am also retired military and this particular topic (active shooters) concerns me. Also, since I am older, I don't intend to work for a masters degree for this career, but I would like to educate myself on things that I think improve the services we can provide to our patrons.
