I am a PhD candidate conducting research on quality assurance in academic libraries, with a focus on the adoption and implementation of recommended academic library standards frameworks in South African university libraries. I currently serve as the Director of Information Resources Distribution (IRD) at the University of South Africa (UNISA). I have a deep love for reading, inspired by its transformative role in the holistic development of individuals. I am passionate about sharing information and mentoring young professionals, particularly in the Library and Information Services sector, where I strive to make a meaningful impact.
