Sonya Schryer Norris has spent over two decades providing continuing education solutions for library staff. She has served in continuing education roles on the statewide level in Michigan, California, and Virginia. She is a trainer and instructional designer with over two dozen online courses to her credit that have been adopted in all 50 states and internationally. Her articles have appeared in Computers in Libraries, Library Journal, and for Gale/Cengage. Sonya is an established national speaker. She developed the Plum Librarian consulting firm to help libraries get to What's Next for them.
