About Me:

I come to Memorial Middle School with over 25 years of experience as a Library Media Specialist. I look forward to challenging our students to "actively participate, engage in meaningful connections with peers and develop endurance when it comes to solving challenging tasks". I am very pleased to be part of the Memorial Middle School. As the Library Media Specialist, I have the pleasure of working with the students and their teachers as we infuse technology applications and Maker Space projects into the units of study. I will be working closely with the teachers to ensure we have a continuous program sixth through eighth grade that meets the challenges we face in preparing our learners for our capstone projects and beyond our safe walls. This year, my professional goals are to ensure the success of all my students to access Library Material for research, pleasure reading and embracing the new arena of A.I. platforms. I look forward to sharing our successes throughout the year.
