I'm Vidya Krishnaswamy — library director at Collin College in Frisco, Texas. My work sits at the crossroads of digital equity, AI integration, and student success at the community college level. I've spent 18 years in academic libraries, most recently building a system-wide approach to AI literacy instruction aligned with the ACRL's new AI competencies framework. I've been earning AI certifications — Copilot, Google — not because it's trendy, but because our students are walking into a world that requires it, and the library should be where they learn to navigate it critically. I'm always looking to connect with people thinking seriously about what AI means for instruction, equity, and the future of library services.
