I currently work as an Academic Librarian and am Heading the Public Services Department of the University of Zambia Library.I Have a masters Degree in Librarianship.AI is the in thing but as a librarian i would like to gain more knowledge about this .How can we leverage our library support services using AI to support our users.That is my aim of joining this group.
