June 15 - September 15, 2012. Proposal acceptances will be communicated on a first-come, first-served basis starting July 10. If your proposal is accepted, you will be provided with the ability to schedule a presentation time that is convenient to your time zone and work schedule. The
Library 2.012 Worldwide Virtual Conference will be held fully online October 3-5 in multiple time zones and languages. Early proposal submission and acceptance will give you the most flexibility for scheduling your presentation during this 24-hour conference. There is a post-deadline submission process, giving you an additional week to submit your presentation proposal. Post-deadline submissions must be received by September 22, 2012, and will be considered only after the full review of those submitted on time. Acceptances will be contingent on available conference time slots and given in order of submission date.

As many of you know, last year we celebrated the Library 2.011 inaugural conference with 6,800 of our friends from 153 countries in 36 time zones! There were
160 fully online presentations scheduled around the clock. The tremendous enthusiasm heightens our excitement for this year’s conference, and we look forward to your participation! Please share this announcement with colleagues and friends.
