David--I mentioned your very successful web conferencing unit in a presentation I gave today at the Blackboard Collaborate conference.

Thanks for your friendship.

Dear Sir, I have been awarded Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science as well as completed a Post Graduation Certificate course in Cyber law.

I am now interested in furthering my studies. The topic for the Ph. D. Research that I
have undertaken is entitled ''Developing Security Measures and Risk Management Policies for Libraries to Face Challenges and Prevent Cyber Threats''.

I would be grateful if you could please help me by giving me your valuable suggestions. This would make my research easier. It would also be very kind of you if you could please suggest to me other people who would be able to help me in my work.

I would have the privilege of being able to get a glimpse of your vast experience and knowledge. This would support my work immensely.

It would be of great help to me if you could please spare some of your valuable time and fill this questionnaire. Apart from supporting this present research work, it would also
aid in developing a good fail-safe security policy for libraries. It would also
make possible a comparative study of security systems adopted by different
countries and regions across the world.

Please email me faridbazmi@rediffmail.com; faridbazmi@hotmail.com

I do hope to receive a response in the positive.

With best wishes

Farid Bazmi
