Full Session Description (as long as you would like): As members of the library profession, we are supposed to adhere to the ALA Code of Ethics. Yet, this does not stop toxic workplace behaviors and negative incidents from happening. This presentation will bring attention to ethical co-working and provide ways in which all of us can be more empathetic, respectful, and kind in our respective workplaces and be more supportive of colleagues with marginalized identities.
