Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Balancing family and work expectations as Latines working in libraries and other cultural
institutions. This includes meeting the needs of staff when it comes to familial expectations
and duties, family traditions and dynamics, and family emergencies. This presentation will
provide mental health resources for library workers and their supervisors.
